Eurail

The story behind Eurail

The Eurail pass first launched in 1959 through the cooperation of 30 European railways and shipping lines. Since then millions of travellers have explored Europe using Eurail passes. Eurail is currently managed by the Eurail Group G.I.E who also administers the Interrail system.

Eurail is based in the Netherlands and works to create, manage and market Eurail and InterRail passes. Eurail passes allow you to explore Europe by rail at your own pace.
